Order Processing

  • We process orders within 2-3 business days, excluding weekends and holidays.
  • Successfully placed orders will receive an e-mail confirmation with the order details. If you do not receive an e-mail, please check your spam filter or contact us for confirmation.
  • If you need any assistance with your order, please contact us immediately. We will not be able to make changes to your order after it has shipped.
  • Please review and ensure that you have entered the correct address. We are not responsible for non-delivery due to errors in the address that you provide. If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, we will refund the original order (excluding the shipping fee) and ask that you re-submit your order.
  • Free shipping on orders over 111CAD in Canada and on orders over $144 for the rest of Canada (exclusive of taxes and discount).

                      International Shipping

Customs

You, the customer, are responsible for all taxes and duties (including VAT) imposed by your country of residence.

Heart Earth Craft is not responsible for any packages held by international customs agencies and it is not the responsibility of Heart Earth Craft to make the customer aware of these agencies and their actions. Please check with your country's customs office to determine their procedures and any potential charges.

For example, UK residents might expect a customs charge of at least 20% of the total cost of the purchase. Heart Earth Craft is not responsible for this payment. Your package may arrive at your local post office or delivery center and be held until pickup and payment is taken care of.

If you neglect to pick up your package and it is returned to us, we will not refund the charge for original shipping.

If it is a custom piece and it is returned to us, you should contact us immediately to arrange reshipping as custom orders are final sale and we cannot refund you for the purchase.

As with domestic shipping, if a package can't be delivered due to an error entering your shipping address, Heart Earth Craft is not responsible for any additional fees that may incur in order to reroute or reship the package.

In summary; you will have to pay taxes and duties in your own country. This is extra and we have no control over it. By purchasing a Heart Earth Crafts product, you acknowledge that you are aware of this and accept it as your financial responsibility.
