Return Policy

RETURNS

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To ensure a smooth process, returns must be requested on the same day the order is delivered. If the return request is made after this time, the cost of return shipping will be the customer's responsibility.

We will refund you (minus the shipping costs), or you can choose a full store credit.

If your order included free shipping, we will deduct the original shipping cost from the refund.

To start a return, you can contact us at hello@heartearthcraft.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions and an address for returning your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

For non-Canada residents, shipping times for returns may take longer than expected.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is damaged or if you received the wrong item. We will evaluate the issue and work to make it right.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get the item you want is to return the original item. Once the return is accepted, you can make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return to confirm if the refund is approved. If approved, you’ll be refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please note it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
